RITTAL+EPLAN PARTNER

APPLICATION CENTRE

It was our honour to officially open our Rittal+Eplan Partner Application Centre together with our partners at Rittal and Eplan. As the national distribution partner for Rittal and Eplan in Australia, it is our privilege to bring their market leading portfolio to local customers in a way that has never been done before!

The APS Rittal + EPLAN Partner Application Centre represents a major advancement in how Australian industry can engage with digitalisation, engineering efficiency, and modern panel-building practices. Developed in collaboration with Rittal and EPLAN, the Centre demonstrates how integrated software and hardware can streamline the planning, design, and assembly of control and switchgear systems.

At its foundation, the Application Centre highlights the value of connecting EPLAN’s engineering platform with Rittal’s enclosure technologies. Customers can explore how digital project data, standardised design processes, and coordinated documentation improve accuracy and create a smoother transition from concept to production. This integrated approach reflects international best practice and offers local industry a clearer understanding of how digital workflows can reduce manual effort, minimise errors, and support more consistent project outcomes.

On top of that, as the national distribution partner for Rittal and EPLAN in Australia, APS plays an essential role in connecting local customers with the technologies and workflows demonstrated in the Partner Application Centre. Whether it has been extensive local stockholdings, increased technical support and capability, or strategic channel partnerships, our focus has always been on our customers. This Partner Application Centre embodies that customer first philosophy and will see our customers experience the full Rittal and Eplan value chain via digitalisation in control and switchgear design and manufacturing.

Thank you to all of our customers who joined us for this momentous occasion!

Products

The Perforex Milling Terminal is a 4-axis CNC machine used for modifying standard enclosures. It provides automated machining of enclosure panels and housings e.g. for holes, threads and cut-outs. The Perforex Milling Terminal 2101 offers the greatest flexibility of the MT series. It supports machining of all compact and large enclosures.

The EPLAN Platform brings together software solutions for various engineering disciplines. Using piping and instrumentation diagrams, electrical schematics, detailed evaluations, control cabinet layouts in 3D and machine cabling in 3D, a complete digital twin of the automation systems for your machine or plant system is created in the process.

The mobile busbar machining solution is engineered to deliver precision, speed and ergonomic handling for everyday panel-building and workshop use. The CW 120-M includes an integrated precision laser that enhances accuracy and simplifies the entire cutting and bending process, making workflows more consistent and efficient.

Alongside our Partner Application Centre, APS operates a dedicated local Manufacturing Centre. Highlighting the capability and excellence of this facility, we are very proud to have contributed to South Australia’s Advanced Manufacturing Strategy. Housing a complete portfolio of local, cutting-edge technology and equipment, our enhanced local capability.
